plusmenu.co Terms of Use (Terms of Service)

1. Parties and Acceptance These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) are concluded between Uğur Çelik 7BİTBİTES E-Commerce and Software (hereinafter referred to as “plusmenu.co” or “Company”), residing at Bahçelievler Mah. 77.Sok. No:13 İç kapı no: 2 Merkez / Erzincan, and the business owner (“User” or “Member”) who registers on the plusmenu.co website and application. By becoming a member of plusmenu.co or using the platform, the User declares that they have read, understood and accepted all the terms in this Agreement.

2. Scope of Service plusmenu.co is a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to create, manage and present QR code-based menus in a digital environment. The Company reserves the right to change, update or remove the features, design or content of the offered packages of the platform without prior notice.

3. Membership and Account Security

  • The User accepts that all information provided during registration (business name, authorized name, e-mail, contact information, etc.) is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Security of the account password is entirely the User’s responsibility. plusmenu.co cannot be held responsible for damages arising from unauthorized access to the account by third parties.

  • A business account is only for use within that business’s own structure; it cannot be rented or transferred to third-party businesses.

4. Rules of Use and Prohibitions The User must comply with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and general rules of morality while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the account upon detection:

  • Uploading illegal, insulting, copyright-infringing or harmful content (image, text) to the platform.

  • Attempting to access the source codes of plusmenu.co software, performing reverse engineering or attempting to copy the system.

  • Using viruses, bots or harmful software that will disrupt the operation of the platform or connected servers (Hetzner Cloud, etc.) or put an excessive load.

  • Using the menu creation service for fraud or misleading pricing purposes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights All infrastructure, design, software codes, interface and brand of the plusmenu.co platform belong to Uğur Çelik 7BİTBİTES E-Commerce and Software and are protected by copyright. The ownership of the contents uploaded by users to the platform (food images, menu descriptions, prices, etc.) belongs to the User; however, the User is deemed to have given a free license to plusmenu.co for these contents to be displayed on the platform within the scope of the QR menu service.

6. Continuity of Service and Limitation of Liability

  • plusmenu.co does not guarantee that the platform will work 100% uninterrupted and error-free. plusmenu.co cannot be held responsible for interruptions that may occur in cases beyond the Company’s control such as planned maintenance works, global problems caused by overseas cloud servers (Hetzner), internet infrastructure outages or cyber attacks.

  • plusmenu.co is not legally responsible for indirect damages such as loss of profit, loss of customers or loss of data that the User may suffer due to the use or non-use of the platform.

7. Termination and Cancellation of the Agreement

  • The User can stop using the platform by cancelling their subscription at any time. However, paid digital usage fees are not refunded within the scope of the Right of Withdrawal exception (as stated in the Distance Selling Agreement).

  • plusmenu.co has the right to suspend or completely delete the account without prior notice in case the User violates the terms of this Agreement, delays payments or misuses the platform.

8. Changes and Contact plusmenu.co may update these Terms of Use unilaterally at any time. Current terms come into effect on the date they are published on the website. For all kinds of support and notifications, the User can contact us via the info@plusmenu.co address.
