1. General

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the cancellation and refund terms that apply to subscription purchases of the “Digital QR Menu and Management Panel” (SaaS) service provided by plusmenu.co (“Seller”). This policy is an integral part of the Distance Selling Agreement and should be read together with it.

2. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal

The purchased service is not a physical product but a digital software service. After payment is successfully completed, the account is automatically and instantly activated by the system. In accordance with the applicable distance-contracts regulation, services performed instantly in electronic form are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, the Buyer does not have a statutory right of withdrawal, and amounts already paid are non-refundable.

3. Cancelling a Subscription

The User may cancel their subscription at any time from their account and stop using the platform. Once a subscription is cancelled:

  • Access to the service continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • No automatic renewal or charge will be made for the following period.
  • Amounts already charged for the current period are not refunded, per the exception described in Section 2.

4. Exceptional Refund Cases

Limited to the following situations, the Seller may, at its own discretion, consider a partial or full refund:

  • A duplicate (accidental double) charge for the same billing period.
  • A technical error attributable to the Seller that resulted in the service never being provided.

Such requests must be submitted in writing to info@plusmenu.co and will be reviewed and responded to within a reasonable time.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

plusmenu.co reserves the right to suspend or delete an account without prior notice if the User violates the Terms of Service, delays payments, or misuses the platform. In such cases, previously collected fees are not refunded.
